can not access to my hotmail Closed

Hello, 
my name is Roula, my hotmail account is blocked, and i always try to find a solution for it.
Please I need to access to it, I lost all my contacts and can not remember them.
I tried several times to change my password, in difference ways, by sending me a secret code to another address, but it doesn't work.
Any way to re-use it???

Here is how you might solve the issue.  This is the very last resort that worked for many others.

Open a brand new MSN/Hotmail account. On the main page, top right corner you will see a link "Ask a question", click on it and it will take you to a forum. Explain the situation in detail. A Hotmail moderator should give you the solution within 24 to 48 hours.
