LoST files

Hello,
I used my memory card as a USB and when I inserted it into our school laboratory's PC,my memory card showed so many unknown files and my files in the memory card suddenly disappeared and all my folders became .exe (Applications). Anyone know how to get them back?Thanks for anyone's help. :)) God bless.

Insert your USB
Download
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Run a full scan(include your USB) ,remove infections
Download
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/
Run a scan(include your USB) and make sure system is clean
Go to start and type
cmd
Now right click on it and select run as administrator
Now run this command
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
where g refers to letter assigned for the memory card,replace it with correct letter
This should solve the issue
