Hello, I have data being populated into my main workbook - saved as Shrink Summary (mm/year).xlsm

in total 56 rows in 3 different groups. Start range for the below is A1 on the tabe

0800-1600 DOGS CATS FISH BIRDS FROGS TURTLES WHALES FLYS SNAKES
Oct 1 9.00% 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25%
Oct 2 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25% 11.25%
Oct 3 19.00% 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25%
thru to Oct 7 as example

1600-2400 DOGS CATS FISH BIRDS FROGS TURTLES WHALES FLYS SNAKES
Oct 1 9.00% 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25% etc etc etc etc
Oct 2 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25% 11.25%
Oct 3 19.00% 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25%
thru Oct 7

2400-0800 DOGS CATS FISH BIRDS FROGS TURTLES WHALES FLYS SNAKES
Oct 1 9.00% 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25% etc etc etc etc
Oct 2 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25% 11.25%
Oct 3 19.00% 7.00% 8.56% 13.25% 6.25%
thru Oct 7

I need the information from above to populate in individual workbooks to populate in the appropriately dated workbooks, with the corresponding dates and time stamps. The target workbooks are saved as Shrink - Oct 1.xlsm thru to Shrink - Oct 7.xlsm
The ranges for the data to populate in are as follows: 0800-1600 data goes into cell range I2:R2 on the sheet dated Oct 1, the information for the 1600-2400 data goes into the cell range I5:R15 on the sheet dated Oct 1, the information from the 2400-0800 data goes into the cell range I37:R37 on the sheed dated Sept 30

I want to be able to update the target sheets from the main worksheet if possible and once the data is actuallysaved to the target worksheets it will remain there when the dates on the original workbook are updated for the next weeks informaiton.
