No vedio hardwere

Hello,hi I have new web camara alsoI instal cd but when I pulg my web camara it say you dont have video capcter hardwere and no webcam found your sytem so how can do?

Then the camera software did not install correctly or the CD/software is not for the correct camera. Why not reinstall the software (with the camera detached) and double check the camera model number if the install asks for it. Good Luck

which laptop u have? can u just tell ur model number?
