When data changes in sheet1 delete row in s2

Ok, I was able to use Macro to copy row from sheet 1 to sheet 2 with a condition.
Now i want to either add to the Macro or create another Macro to delete the row in sheet 2 when the conditional data changes in sheet 1.

Please advise anyone help!!!

Use Macro Recorder it will help you to understand how to move on. or

Could you please upload a sample EXCEL file WITH sample data, macro, formula , conditional formatting etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc
AND post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too.


Note: your data need not be to be real data but a good representative of how data looks like

I have a macro to copy rows from worksheet 2011 SURGERIES to Worksheet Non Paid Surgeries, when range U2:U474 has "REVIEW". Now I want to create another Macro that will delete rows from Worksheet Non Paid Surgeries when worksheet 2011 SURGERIES has been updated with paid surgeries, can use range U2:U474 with no data in cells or if possible when i update 2011 SURGERIES it will automatically update Non Paid Surgeries either add row or delete row. Probably asking for too much.

I would greatly appreciate all the help i can get.
