HP Laptop problems
Closed
Hello,
I have an HP dv4-1125nr and it keeps going into the configuration stage (stage 3) and never resets. I want to try and reset it to its original settings but it will not go past this stage. What can I do to bypass this if possible or open the computer up so it can reset itself and allow me to go to the recovery area to reset the computer. The operating system is vista home premium. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
