How can you tell the account is fake?
What proof do you have to give to Facebook which will 100% convince them?

Are you sure it's you on the picture or is it someone that looks like you?
Among the millions of people on Facebook, how did you find it?
Perhaps the person is jealous about your looks as you may be very good looking.
Just access the page where you believe is a fake account. On the left handside, there is a link to report it. Explain the situation.
