CPU fails to turn on

My CPU fails to turn on (there is no light when I press start) but the fan and dvd drive are working. The monitor only shows the acer logo then turns the blue light to something orange. The keyboard also won't start. This happens after I boot my pc with usb with kon-boot on it. here are the file names "konfloppy.img, grldr, menu.c32,menu.lst,syslinux.cfg,ubninit, and ubnkrn." My windows is vistasp2. Help! I badly need you!

You poor soul. Konboot is an ISO image application which means that it must be run with a CD ROM, never on a USB

The only solution I see is for your to reinstal your operating system.
