Not much we can do to help you. It really needs hands-on access to diagnose.
Can you run the Dell diagnostic programs? You start them with F11 (I think). But, if you never see the Dell logo then I suspect you have a motherboard issue. Is the laptop still under warranty from Dell? If so you should call them for help.
