Can't get rid of error message saying.

Hello,

I have this pop-up that comes up every so many seconds that says: The procedure entry point _XprtCompareLocale@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library xprt.dll.

The title bar of the box says: #2240: AOLServiceHost.exe - Entry Point Not Found

This box pops up about every thirty to sixty seconds, it is very annyoing, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I have Windows XP Home Edition, and my internet service is through AOL. I have AOL Version 9.0

If anyone can help me, that would be great. I have talked to so many different agents at Dell's customer support, and none of them seem to know what they are doing.
