I had contact for idea service provider. but he said that we have no setting for this htc g1 phone. this is us based handset.

Hi Pawan,
If your phone is USA based phone you will not be able to get the settings. It would probably need to be flashed.

I see, if the phone was not purchased in the USA, I strongly suggest that when you called the service provider that you talked to an incompetent customer service representative. If need be, ask to speak to a supervisor.
