You will need to be more specific about the exact problem before we can help.

MY PC was running on Windows XP Plateform with a 20 GB harddisk. I have tried to attach another harddisk of 40 GB with 20 GB with same port by mistake. As a result the windows Xp crashed. Now i want to installed the xp but even by original CD it can not boot and I am unable to install windows XP.

I think now it is more helpful to help me.

Hi
I think, you should check your first boot device is correct or not.If not change BIOS setting and set first boot device( which is the window installation hard-disk) . If you want to install OS you should set the first boot device is CD/DVD and second is hard-disk.
