Hacker

Hello,
I had my Bebo and Hotmail accounts hacked on Sunday....i have since had my Bebo account cancelled however i'm having difficulties finding an email address or contact number to have my Hotmail account frozen until i can prove the account is mine, and then set a new password so i don't lose all my emails etc, and would like to be able to have it frozen so i can see if anything has been sent or tampered with in my outbox......the hacker has changed my password so cannot get into it, and need a quickfire way to get this frozen and then password changed as i have very sensitive material in the emails which he could a lot of damage to me with.

Any help would be much appreciated.
