Dell AIO 962 printer

Hello, im trying to install software for my dell aio 962, i downloaded the driver from dell's website and saved it to my computer. everything was going fine until at the end of the download it tells me 'driver not installed reinstall driver', so thats what i did about 4 time and i keep getting the same message'driver not installed reinstall driver'. what am i doin wrong? Second, how do i delete my old printer when its not showing up in 'add/delete programs i'ved tried for hours to find it with no availe. it's a dell aio 940. im thinking i have to get rid of one before i can install the other. please help me, this has been driving my crazy for afew days now and i would be very pissed if it is something real simple, so help a brother out !!!!
