Can't get Icons on my PC

I can't get Icons on my PC also right klick is not doing anything, don't know what to do.

Can you see the taskbar

what happens when you launch the task manager

No, can't see the taskbar. The only thing I can do is move the mouse but cant right klick to get anything at all. When I lunch the assist help it tells me to wait wile VAIO Care Rescue is starting.
Nothing happens but after a wile a window comes up saying Failed to copy folder. When I klick ok everything goes back to blue screen!!!!!

Press

ctrl+alt+del keys at a time

that should launch the task manager

click on FILE-NEW TASK and type

explorer and click ok

See if you get back your desktop
