Hi rakesh,
Maybe you can let me know more details about the issue. What kind of a "blue screen" is this? Do you see any progress bar on the blue screen (i.e. while the installation is running)?
You need to be patient until your Windows installs fully. Also, which version of Windows are you trying to install? Does your Toshiba already have an OS installed?
