MIcro SD Card Not Detected In My Winwods 7

Dear Sir/Mam

I have a micro sd memory card for my Nokia x3-00 mobile. The memory card has been locked by a password which was put by itself. My memory card is not detectable on pc via memory card reader/USB Reader. Can you please suggest me some way out u unlock or format my memory card without using memory card reader? Please help me out.

Memory Card Details : 2 GB Micro SD , SD-CO2G TAIWAN

connect your card-USB reader in windows system...
go to computer management and choose disk management from there you will find the memory card .. right click and del the drive and reallocate it and format it .. that's all..

mine is not even found in computer management. But it is still operating.
When I plug in into my phone it does nothing, but when I remove it, it say micro sd removed.
Do you know how I could acces the sd card
