Outlook send/receive error

Hello,
I have a situation where two staffs; Judith Acan and Lasu Sabastian can't send nor receive emails between themselves, they can both send/receive emails to and fro others but not between themselves I wonder what could the problem be since they used to exchange emails between themselves before.
