Outlook automatically changes outgoing smtp

Hello,
My outgoing smtp setting is changing automatically everytime i shut down my computer and reboot. I have it set at 587 but it changes to a random number everytime i shut down...reboot and open outlook and try to send email...
We use Google as our enterprise server...
