I have 2GB RAM on my PC, but detected only 1G

Hello,

I have 2GB RAM on my PC, but detected only 1G, how to resolve this problem
Information : PC:Pentium4, MB:Intel, OS: Win-XP(32Bit)

I suggest you check to see that the memory module is correctly inserted into its socket.

Thank you xpcman about your help, I checked the correct insertion of the memory into its socket but it still not solved.
