My itouch won't work after being charged

Hello,


My ipod touch wouldn't work after charged plus it wasn't at 20%.It happened before (it would only show the loading after its turned on and i took plugger/charger out of wall) but my bro fixed and now he wont fix. O and i tryed the press off button and home for 10/30 seconds but... it does turn on and it does loading it went on for hours. I dont know how to do itunes either. My bro set my ipod up (he has the old 1 and i have the white 1) Can sum1 please help! =( sowwie for lousy spelling
