My Android Alleys Screen won't Work

Hello,

My phone ( android alley ) screen won't work, but the buttons do. I can turn the phone off an on , but I just can't use the touch screen.
I've tried turning it off and on & leaving the battery out for more than 2 hours , even blowing in the back on of the phone. Please help my mom is going to kill me if I broke it :(
