Unbootable mount volume on windows 7

When my computer boots it gives me an error after loading windows on a blue screen. When i try to boot windows recovery it gives me a black screen with only mouse and safe mode crashes. I have access to usb device with windows but not cd. When i boot windows installation i still get black screen with only the movable mouse.
