Hotmail hacked want $100 to clean & recover

Hello,
My hotmail account was hacked and blocked. They only will send a temporary password to a hotmail account that I had years ago. I don't remember the exact user name or password. When I choose another option they want my name on credit card and other personal info. I was not comfortable with that. I googled "hotmail support" and got a phone # but they want $100 to clean and recover my email. I don't know if this is legitimate. What do I do?

as far as im aware Windows Live Mail (Formally known as hotmail) doesnt have a contact number.
