Headphone/ RealTek HD Audio MGR doesn't work

It seems my earphone or headphone doesnt seem to work...on my Toshiba laptop.

Funny, but below I will post what worked for me:

1. Go to Start menu
2. type RealTek HD Audio manager
3. click on it and then click on restore / then plug in your headphone/audio device
4. when Realtek pops up click ok.
5. if the above doesnt work click on different icons in the realtek menu
6. End/ stop reading next line before you try the above steps
7. If there is / are additional suggestions or helps , please post it here
