Pendrive fault

Hello,


i have 2gb pendrive and i can't access it whenever i tried to insert it show only the removable disk(L:) but when i used to open, it shows insert disk. i tried many tricks from internet i also change the drive to different letters in device manager but it can't work at all..i want to know that how it all happening in flash drive....so please help me...
