Hello,
plz help i have a compaq laptop which is configured in arabic and i'd like it to be in english. its running on windows 7 ultimate and everything is in arabic even the keypads and i dont understand a thing, only the icons. plz help

You will need to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate for this capability. Only Windows 7 Ultimate includes Multilingual User Interface (Language Pack) support. You can then install the English Language Pack from under Regional and Language settings in Control Panel.

You can do an Anytime Upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate which will preserve your personal files and settings:

I an not sure but may be in bios default language Arabic so that change bios language..

I don't where you got that answer. Have you ever changed a bios language? Are you from another planet?
