My desktop and taskbar won't show!!!

My desktop and taskbar won't show! I've tried the ctrl + alt + del thing and after running a new task, the desktop and taskbar will show up. But once I turn my laptop off then use it again, the desktop and taskbar isn't there again.

Please genius computer people answer me!

Btw, my laptop is Toshiba with Windows 7 Ultimate.

Please help me!

I had the problem of constantly disappearing and reappearing icons and taskbar. Explorer.exe kept crashing according to the eventview. after reading many forums a tried a program called "SUPERAntiSpyware". Turned out I had a Trojan called Vundo. Funny thing is I tried Ad-aware before, which in fact discovered something other than just cookies but apparently didn't clean my PC completely. SUPERAntiSpyware is the way to go.
