Intex IT-105WC Microphone not working

Hello,

I am using this model of intex webcam to chat/video call with my friends on skype. I can see them clearly and same way they can also but the problem is with microphone of webcam , they cant hear me at all and I can hear them .

If u can help me with this , I will be thankful because I cant find the solution .
