Sound problem

Hello,

My computer was recently reprogram,but my problem now is there is no sound.I don't know if they forgot to install or program the audio.Now how can i install the sound without disc drive to use.can i install it by internet because i have no disc drive.Please help me to solve this problem.

Let us know your PC\Laptop brand name and model number.
