Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type printers and press Enter.
"Devices and Printers" window will be opened.
Now right-click on your shared printer --> Properties --> Click on the "Sharing" tab
--> Click on "Additional Drivers" and follow the instructions.
Note : You can find all the information about the use "Additional drivers" option
under the "Sharing Tab" itself.

i go to additional drivers option but I have all three options I checked but no improvement.
