Hello,
Try this 1
1) Open "Internet Explorer" --> Go to "Tools" --> Internet Options.
Click on "Connections" tab --> Click on "LAN Settings" button. In that window
uncheck all the options, if you notice any option selected.
Now click on "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button.
Now close the browser and open it to check if you are able to open the web page
2) If the problem still exists then
First create a system restore point.
Click on the below hyperlink "Internet Repair" and download the file
Internet Repair
Extract the file --> Right-click on "CIntRep" setup file --> Select the option
"Run as administrator".
Select the options "Reset Internet protocol (TCP/IP), Repair Winsock, Flush DNS
Resolver Cache " --> Click on GO --> Restart your PC
3) Try disabling your firewall and antivirus temporary and check if you are able to
open the webpages
