I have One request please help me . I forget my 2ndsecurity question + password. few day's back I change my password but now I forget it. No help from yahoo also so Please help me as my important mails are in this .

Dear Alex,

There is no other solution than for you to remember the question and password.

If you don't remember the question or the answer to it, I'm afraid to say that you are marooned up the stream without an oar. You have lost your account for ever.
