Realdownloader real player no longwer working

Hello, I am pleased as punch to have been advised and have in fact followed the suggestion to comp[letly remove my old version of real downloader and to install the latest version of realplasyer which I have done and for the first time since the update I am again able to use the download button THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART realplayer/ Laura hope you all have as much luck as I
