Yes you can. 1st buy a "crossover" LAN cable to connect the two computers. Then on the computer with wireless access enable "internet sharing" create the floppy disk and install the software on the 2nd computer.

You could also buy a USB or PC Card (PCMCIA) wireless adapter for the second computer and avoid the wires. I would use this method since it will cost on $15 - 20 US for the adapter.
