DVD Error

Hello,

My DVD ROM is not recognizing any dvd i'm placing inside. This is the first time i encountered this error. It keeps on popping this message "Please insert a disk in Drive:E". Please help me.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) First check if it is able to read other branded DVD's.

2) Try cleaning the drive lens. Click on the below link and follow the instructions.

3) Update the firmware.
