We really need to know what version of Windows you are running so that we can offer more specific help.
Do you see any image on the screen while the computer is booting?
Have you tried to boot into "Safe Mode" (ie F8 after you see the Windows logo)
Did you try a Linux boot CD. If it boots with the Linus CD then you have a Windows software or hard disk error. If it doesn't boot in Linux then you might have hardware problems with the motherboard or screen.
