Booting Error

Hello,

I have a desktop with 2 hard disk, !st one is connected trough Sata, The second hard disk is connected trough ide. The first window xp is on drive c, (SATA). The second Window is on Drive E:, (2nd Hardisk (IDE)). All the while i works fine, until recently i remove the second hard disk, (IDE) and connect to another Desktop. But it seems to having some problem to boot. Can u please help me to repair the boot file, please?

Which PC? (the original or the "another Desktop"?)
Which hard drive are you booting from?
What error messages (if any) are displayed?
