I don't see a 2T hard drive in the BIOS. Your BIOS 2 picture is for "channel 2 Master" which is a DVD drive. I suggest you check your wiring again.
You didn't activate ACHI in the BIOS before you installed Windows and your disk access has defaulted to IDE. You can Google to find the Registry fix need to load ACHI support in Windows after it's installed. You restart Windows after you modify the Registry and then restart again into the BIOS, change the access to ACHI and again reboot. The last reboot will start using ACHI access (a 5 to 10% speed gain).
