Pen drive problem

Hello,
one of my pen drive is not working,,,,means when i insert it to my computer the pen drive having blue colour light can be seen but when i chek in my computer it says no removable device found or some thing like that ,,,,,can any one tell me what happend to it...and if it is currepted dn is their any way to currect it again????
