Hello,
Try this 1
Go to the "Security" Tab in the sharing options. In "Group or user names:"
--> Click on "Add" --> In "Enter the object names to select", type Everyone
and click on "Check Names", then click on OK --> Then in "Permissions" section -->
Select your required permissions and click on OK.

After that too , the same problem prevails
