check whether the sound devices r installed or not...
my computer -> right click -> properties -> device manager
find any yellow "!" at sound,if exist update from your driver cd(mother boaerd CD)...
or
in bad cases check ur EARTING

Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and press Enter.
"Services" window will be opened.
Now at the right-side, scroll down for "Windows Audio".
Make sure that "Startup Type" is set to "Automatic" or else double-click on it
--> Set the "Startup type" as "Automatic" from the drop-down menu --> Click on
"Start" --> Click on OK.
If the problem still exists then reinstall your audio drivers once again. You can
download the drivers from the manufacture's website.
