Audio driver not installed correctly

Hello,

Hello,
i have formatted my pc and installed windows xp .I installed drivers also but when i am installing my audio drivers i m getting an error saying"installation wizard failed:could not find MEDIA DEVICE for this driver" can u please give me suggestions to solve this problem .

Hello,

Try this 1

1) First make sure that you are trying to install the correct audio drivers. You can

download the drivers from your motherboard manufacture's website.

2) Click on the below hyperlink "Microsoft UAA" and download the file

Microsoft UAA

Install the above file first and then install your audio driver.

If the problem still exists then now install the chipset driver first and then the

audio driver.
