My Laptop Screen off button not working [Closed]

dear friend,

after re installation of my os, the screen off located at right top of the keyboard is not working, i m unable to use the power saving mode.

kindly suggest how to correct......

Function key software is not part of the basic Microsoft Windows setup. You will need to download and install the software from the laptop manufacturer's web site.
