Hi i have a huge file of approx 40000 records of data i have a company name and there phone number i want to remove duplicate record using telephone number field can anybody tell me how i can remove duplicate record while filtering on number. i am new to excel please elaborate so i can perform it.

sheet 1
column A have names
Column b have phone numbers

i want to remove duplicate data using column B which is phone number please tell me the formula or filtering process
