Hotmail account is blocked

Hello, Same with as LIGHT7... I tried everything... First

option : get a code. Can't get one. Second option :

reset your password. I did and it doesn't work. Third

option : when I clicked on 'Recover my account' , the

answer I got was : 'We cannot show you this page'....

And then, on top of everything, I tried to log in my

account and I got this message : "you have reached

the limit for number of attempts.... You can try again

later'.... but i cannot try again because I have

reached the limit for number of attempts. Extremely

frustrating...any body pl. solve it
