My keyboard is typing two letters at a time

Hello,
My keyboard is typing two letters at a time e.g when i am trying to type letter "t" it types "rt" at a time . its happening with some letters. plz suggest ASAP.

My keyboard is USB keyboard and when i use the PS2 then it works well.
