Can not login to Hotmail Closed

Question

Hello, 

My Hotmail account is blocked. When I try to login, I get message saying something like: ' can't login since I tried to access from different locations recently'. I am based in Middle East and in past seven days traveled to another country but now back to my home country. Interestingly, when I returned back after 5 days travel, I was able to logon to hotmail once! 

Shall appreciate help !

Hello,     

Try this 1     

Go to www.hotmail.com --> Click on "Can't access your account?" --> Select           

"I forgot my password" --> Click on "Reset your password" --> Enter your           

blocked hotmail ID --> Enter the given Captcha --> Select "Customer support" -->           

Then below that you will be getting an option "Customer support", click on it -->           

Enter your working E-mail ID and follow the instructions.           
           
Note : No Need of filling "Billing Information"
