Hello,
hi:
my hotmail account is blocked . I was able to change my password manually. However, even though I have changed my password after I login is still blocked requiring me to send a verification code to an alternative email address which I no longer have access on it!
How should I solve this problem immediately as all my contact filesare in there and I need to work with the email account!
Your kind attention is highly appreciated.

Hi,
The only way Hotmail has to ensure that your are the legitimate account owner is to send the code to the address you gave them. Since you cannot access your account to change the address, you are marooned up the stream without an oar.
Sorry but that's how the cookie crumbles.
