Wifi router no connection on PC

Hello,


I've bought a new wifi router recently (ZyXEL). I can access the internet on my PC but not via wi-fi while PC is on. When I turn off my PC, i can access the internet via wi-fi. Please help me to access the internet both ways at the same time. Thank you.

Does your ISP allow you to have multiple simultaneous connections? Some Internet providers do not. I would call the ISP
